 Notice of 2026 Annual Meeting + First Regular Board Meeting of 2026

 

To All PVPOA Members: The 2026 PVPOA Annual meeting is scheduled.  Also, the first regular PVPOA Board Meeting of the year is scheduled to immediately follow. The details:

Date:                Sunday, February 15, 2026

Time:               4:00 pm

Location:          Ann Wollam’s house, 339 Valley Dr.

Agenda:          

-        Approval of minutes from last year’s members’ meeting, held on February 18, 2025

-       Treasurer’s Report

-       Election of two board members

-       Discussions on matters of interest

 

2026 Board Elections

Look for your ballot in an email from the board.

Your vote must be received by February 15, 2026.  You can submit your vote by one of the following methods:

·         Send an email indicating your choices in the body of the email (without the ballot form attached) from your email address of record to paradisevalley.wimberley@gmail.com

·         Sign, scan, and return the image of your ballot as an attachment via return email from your email address of record to paradisevalley.wimberley@gmail.com

·         Mail in your signed ballot to PVPOA at 100 Blanco Drive, Wimberley TX  78676

·         Bring your signed ballot to the PVPOA annual meeting on February 15, 2026

Immediately following the Annual Members' Meeting will be the first regular PVPOA board meeting of the year. Based on the elections just resolved in the annual meeting, the board will set the officers going forward, discuss and approve the year’s budget, and talk about other items of interest that may be brought up.
